Every picture from the worlds, with a door in each

Every set of pictures taken inside the worlds, newest first. Open a gallery to see its pictures with their full captions and the laws behind them; every picture there has a ▶ Go there that opens that very spot in Wander with the craft waiting.

Foundry lights: the town by Lars's light law

After dark, with Graphics: Town lights on, which windows glow follows the Foundry light law (Rule 90, Rule 30 or the ruler clock, chosen by the world's word), six lamps a facade bound by a GF(2) rule. Ported from spindexin/RulerFoundry.

Spectacle: Graphics presets, lava light and bloom

Graphics ▾: Smooth (the start), Beautiful and Epic; resolution up to 1.5x; bloom and heat shimmer over the lava; lava light on the rock; lava running down the walls; Photo ×2 with depth of field.

The Cliff Pack

meshz's error term takes the comb of teeth off the walls, the ground is lit by its own baked horizon and the sky it sees, the rock is banded by the ruler, and the Ember Rift splits grey cliffs with lava where the ruler spikes. Mesh is now the default on the ranges.

Pod races: the Emberline and the Glasswind

The course law lays a pod-race circuit on the land from the world's word: a slot canyon, the Needles, a plateau and its drop, and a kicker over a gorge. Five pods, four races (the Classic, the Sprint, Last Pod Standing, the Time Trial), seven in the field; any word lays a new track.

Polish: light, air and auto detail

The far rings now take the same sun as the ground at your feet, the distance takes the sky's own horizon colour (haze air, the new default), and detail=auto steps the triangle budget up and down to hold your frame rate.

Race day: a big HUD, a readable route, three looks refined

The pod race's place, lap, speed and next gate in numerals you can read on a tablet or a television; studs, chevrons and a lit gate to show the way through the orange canyons; and the contour, cel and painted looks after a pass.

Arena Night: the rail, the hellfires, explorer mode and the speed knob

The railgun charging and cooling, a hellfire locking from the Apache, a buggy in explorer mode about to cross the sea, the jet at three times speed, the dogfight at Rookie, and the two pages that hold it all; a Go there on each.

2 pictures · 2026-09-29
The corridor bake

The jet at three times speed over the Skyway at the same moment, with the corridor bake on and off: with it on, the ground under and ahead of the craft is full-resolution chunks and the far tiles on the flight line are drawn finer.

3 pictures · 2026-09-29
Stature: the same range at 1, 1.5 and 2

The Skyway's great range from one spot, the camera lifted in step, at stature 1, 1.5 and 2: the kit's new option scales every height above the water line, so one world can be gentle on wheels and towering under wings. A Go there on each.

The vales: Someone's Valley's look on the new laws

Six ranges dressed the way the valley is, the valley palette, sand banks, reedbeds, dense trees and villages, haze none: the Sixfold Vale, the Ternary Dale, the Fold Water Meadows, the Shore Vale, the world-scale Grand Vale and the Podracer Downs. A Go there on each.

15 pictures · 2026-09-27
The fleet: fifteen more craft

A hypersonic jet, an Apache, a quadcopter and a Reaper, a hoverboard that climbs cliff faces, a jetpack, a hang glider, a snowmobile, a quad bike, a balloon, a mech walker, a rocket bike, a sailboat, a submarine and a maglev sled: every one boarded from the Vehicles menu in any world, driven or flown for four seconds by the smoke, and photographed.

10 pictures · 2026-09-27
The second fleet: aerial craft, repulsorlifts and hellfires

A tiltrotor, a stealth bomber, a gyrocopter and a rocket; a landspeeder, a speeder bike, a skiff and a pod racer that hover over anything and climb a cliff face straight up; hellfire rockets on the Apache, the Reaper and the tiltrotor. Every Go there starts you in the craft.

Levelling up: new laws, new worlds

Four new ranges from laws that had no home (the Prime Rails, the Fold Marches, the Vortex Sea, the Octave Valleys), the Hamlet postcards, the Square Vault, the celestial sky, the Lab and the unblackboxing experiments. Every picture has a Go there: the same place, in Wander, for you.

9 pictures · 2026-09-26
The grand finish: the Legendre Marches, the Synth Range, the Ruler Land page, the Flyover and Light Cone 2

The last two survey items built as worlds, a shareable page that draws every range's law, a cinematic flyover on any link, and a Light Cone you build from the menu. Then the refactor.

11 pictures · 2026-09-26
The ruler land: three ranges, prizes and warps

Round five: the ground itself from the ruler sequence. rulerland.py and rulerland.js are twins checked against one fixture; the Ruler Hills, the Ladder Range and the Dyadic Downs are drawn from them, with a prize on every prize summit and a warp gate on the biggest hill of every region.

Land from the library: the light cone, ziggurats, rivers and the max law

What the rest of pytoolz held for the ranges: the prefix law read as stone, nested plateaus from distance_to, a river basin per region from the run law, and the max-with-relief combine of the original RangeBlends terrain. All four in both twins, checked against one fixture, written up in LAND_FROM_THE_LIBRARY.md.

10 pictures · 2026-09-26
The rest of the survey: Walsh mesas, Gaussian isles, dunes, Sudoku mesas, driver walls, and round six's ranges

The last five items from the pytoolz survey built into worlds, the Ruler Alps, Dyadic Isles and Ruler Canyons of round six, and the gate network. Every landscape is in both twins and checked against one fixture; the write-up is LAND_FROM_THE_LIBRARY.md, sections 5 to 9.

The railway: lines, branch, wagons, fares and the mail

A trunk across every region joined to its neighbours at the boundary, a branch north from the biggest city with a junction, a locomotive that runs them and rides itself station to station, passengers who pay fares and a timetable bonus, wagons that couple behind, a mail-train delivery mode, and a push-through move for any craft that gets stuck.

Pictures from the worlds by Lars Rocha's laws. What's new shows the newest sets picture by picture on one page.
