Polish: light, air and auto detail

The far rings now take the same sun as the ground at your feet, the distance takes the sky's own horizon colour (haze air, the new default), and detail=auto steps the triangle budget up and down to hold your frame rate.

Before: the Skyway's great range from 600 m at dawn (7:00), haze none, every far tile the smooth heightfield (far=smooth) lit as if it were level (farlight=off, the comparison knob: every ground normal taken as straight up): the ranges read as coloured shapes, no side of a ridge brighter than the other.

The same spot and hour with the far rings lit: per-vertex normals from the heightfield, lit by the same low eastern sun, strength and ambient as the voxels at your feet, so the slopes facing the dawn are bright and the far sides fall into shadow. Haze none.

The same with haze air, the new default: beyond 300 cells the ground shifts toward the dawn sky's own horizon colour, at most 55 per cent of the way, so the far ranges go gold and rose and step back in depth without ever turning white, their silhouettes still sharp against the sky.

The great range at 18:30 with haze air, as asked for dusk: in this sky's law the sun is up from 6:00 to 18:00, so 18:30 is already night, the sky's bottom a dark blue (#111C31), and the far ranges sink toward that dark blue with distance, at most 55 per cent of the way, never paling.

The great range at 17:30, the sky's real dusk, with haze air: the low western sun lights the other side of every ridge, and the distance takes the evening sky's rose-gold horizon colour.
