The Seven Lands: a continent without end

Seven of the ranges stitched onto one hexagon map, borders blended, endless in every direction; any word lays a new map.

A border crossing in the Seven Lands: the Veriohurst Downs (the Ruler Hills' law, read turned a quarter, its rows running north-south) underfoot, and ahead the Noriness Crags, the Ternary Gorge's plateau, rising out of them. Where two regions meet, each centre within 300 cells of the nearest weighs smoothstep(1 - gap/300), so the hills climb into the crags instead of meeting them at a wall.

A town of the Ellehurst Steads by a lake, with the forest beside it and other lands on the horizon. The Steads are the Skyline Range's law, and its towns and roads are baked from that law on a stand-in chunk at the region's reading, kept where the region stands alone.

The map of the Seven Lands (N, or the Map button): one hexagon a region, coloured by its land, named. Region (q, r) holds land (q + 3r + shift) mod 7, a perfect code on the hexagons, so home and its six neighbours (outlined in white) hold one of each land: you start in the Vale, and the six lanterns stand in the other six. Tap anywhere to swoop there.

The Yaraver Vale at 15:30, from 260 up: the Sixfold Vale's law read in rows 560 cells apart, each row a different stretch of its ruler (x + 1999 a row), with lakes between, and on the horizon the flat top of the Noriness Crags.

The Doroford Shallows: the Archipelago's law, islands where the ruler classes of both axes climb, open sea where either is zero, and the next lands rising beyond the water.

The Wide Country at 16:12: the same seven lands on hexagons of 2,600 cells, borders blended over 420 and wobbled further, so a region takes minutes to cross by car. This is the Calefield Vale, where it starts you.

The Ruler Hills without end: 1,700 cells off the range's line, where the plain used to run flat for ever, the range repeats in rows 1,120 cells apart (the fold measured from its own law). Row 0 is the range as it always was; the HUD says which row you are in. On by default for every range it fits; expanse=0 on a link, or the start screen's box, turns it off.
